This site is dedicated to the memory of Paul Payne.
Paul James Payne was born on October 10, 1986. He lived each day of his 23 years, 3 months and 26 days to the full. There was nothing that he couldn't achieve when he set his mind to it. Paul was a loving Son, Brother and Uncle. His loyalty and unconditional love knew no boundaries, anyone who was lucky enough to meet Paul had their lives touched by his easy going nature and the sunshine he brought to them.
The emptiness of his passing cannot be expressed in words but Paul remains, always, much loved and deeply missed.
